Transilvania Investments is celebrating one year since the trading on the BSE under the new TRANSI symbol, and at the same time one year since the commencement of the rebranding process.

During this year, marked by many challenges, we carried on the implementation of our investment strategy consisting in maximizing the potential offered by our main business lines, i.e. travel & leisure, real estate, industry, active trading and venture capital/private equity.

We are inspired by progressive values, with the view of implementing a modern vision of the company’s evolution, in the context of the new positioning on the capital market. We aim to improve the investment performance and efficiency and to meet investors' expectations.
