The Supervisory Board of Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A. approved on 17.10.2023 the commencement of the recruitment and selection procedure in order to fill the two vacancies in the Supervisory Board, in accordance with the Policies and procedures regarding the assessment of the adequacy of the members of the management structure and the persons holding key positions within Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A.

The candidates for the vacant positions can be proposed by the Transilvania Investments Alliance shareholders and by the current members of the Supervisory Board of Transilvania Investments Alliance.

The application file shall include the documents set forth under Chapter II.1. of Policies and procedures regarding the assessment of the adequacy of the members of the management structure and the persons holding key positions within Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A. - document available on the Company's official website, at Corporate Governance - Internal Policies and Regulations - Internal Regulations section.

Application files for the position of provisional member of the Supervisory Board shall be sent by post (registered letter with declared value) or submitted to the Company’s registration office, no later than November 3, 2023, 4 p.m.
