Transilvania Investments is one of the largest investment funds in Romania with a long and relevant experience on the Romanian capital market. Supervisory Board

An expert in accounting and auditing, Adriana Tiron-Tudor has over three decades of experience in academia, scientific research and financial consulting. She is a full professor at the "Babeș-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca, where she coordinates doctoral studies in the field of accounting. Since 2007, she has been working as a professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration where she has taught, over time, at all levels of studies. In addition to her university career, Adriana Tiron-Tudor also has extensive experience in business, business consulting and professional training. She joined the Transilvania Investments team in April 2025, as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Executive Board

With over two decades of experience in the capital market in Romania, Marius Adrian Moldovan was part of the executive team of the investment fund, which he led as president, also during 2020-2021. He is a graduate of the Faculty of International and Financial Banking Relations, Romanian American University, Bucharest and holds an Executive MBA from WU, Vienna University.

Răzvan Raț is part of the Executive Board team of Transilvania Investments since April 2024. His career in the financial field began in 2007, having in-depth knowledge of the capital market, both due the management positions held in BRK Financial Group and other companies, and as member of the Board of Directors of the Bucharest Stock Exchange during 2020 - 2024.
